All FlexSuits are shipped from our Distribution Center in France.

We handle the shipping of your order the same day if you place your order before 13h. This is an automatic process, so no need to contact us to try to negotiate an exception because you ordered at 13:30 :)

When the order is placed you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, in which you can view the shipping status.

Delivery time


  • Colissimo and letter followed : 2 business days.
  • TNT : 24h (except Sunday) for order place before 13h. NO DELIVERY ON ISLANDS.


  • Colissimo : from 5 to 7 business days depending on the department or territory.


  • Colissimo : from 2 to 4 business days depending on the country.

A FlexSuit is designed to be strong, fun and to be worn a looooong time. We select very high quality of materials.

Can I return the flexsuit ?

Yes, you can return your FlexSuit within 14 days for a replacement suit or for a full refund. You must return it unworn (or just to try the size) and unwashed.
If your FlexSuit has not been used and you wish to return it please generate a slip return on your account, contact us and then return it with the following details :

  • Name :
  • Slip return number :
  • Order Number :
  • Reason for the Return : Damaged / Doesn't fit
  • Action Required: Replacement (include size required) or Refund

However, if we see that the suit was used, we do not guarantee the refund!

All returns are acknowledged by email and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For obvious reasons we do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled.


Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. Please note that postage costs for returns are borne by the customer. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
